3 Julienne combs: 2, 4 and 10 mm - Comes with a cube system (patented system) for cutting cubes 2, 4 and 10 mm and lozenges. Grooved plate for a better slide. Julienne blade stand embedded in the frame. Composite carriage and round pusher in brushed stainless steel with rotation control system for easy and smooth cutting of cubes and lozenges.
Special PRO-slide coating on the upper plate. Considerably improves the slide even for dry products.

For smooth or wavy round slices, julienne cuts of 2, 4, 7 or 10 mm, waffle cut, cubes, lozenges. Slices up to 10 mm.
Care: wash the blades by hand. The frame is dishwasher-safe.
The Ultra 2.0 Deluxe Mandoline has a double straight Santoku blade (smooth and wave-like): the textured surface makes the food slide better. Ideal for hard fruit and vegetables. It comes with 3 Julienne combs and has an integrated dicing system, it can be used to make different and varied cuts quickly and easily. The stainless steel ramp has holes in it and features a 'Pro Glide' coating that improves the sliding effect, especially with dry food. It is height-adjustable to set the thickness of the cut. Two caps on the rear fold-down foot for greater strength. It is dishwasher-safe without its blades. It comes with a stainless steel pusher and slider, with rotation control.
Cutting options: slices, round slices, waffle and mesh cut, Julienne (2, 4 and 10mm), cubes and diamond shapes.

We do not ship to PO Box Addresses.
Delivery Charges are calculated using "On-Demand Shipping Rates" based on weight / zone plus handling.
United States: Items shipped using UPS Ground Service, or the regular US Postal Service arrive within 1-7 business days from shipment of your order.
Canada and Mexico: Items shipped using UPS Standard to Canada and Mexico arrive within 7-12 business days from shipment of your order.
Import tax, duty and brokerage fees are assessed by Canadian Customs and charged to customer at time of delivery.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Delivery Charges are calculated using "On-Demand Shipping Rates" based on weight / zone plus handling.
Orders must be received by 2:00pm EST - Monday through Friday for Next Day shipping, or when an alternative expedited shipping method is selected to ensure the delivery can be made within the time frame of the expedited shipping method chosen.
Saturday / Sunday and holiday delivery is not available on rush deliveries. Rush delivery is not available on all catalog items.
RETURN POLICY
With a few exceptions, all regularly stocked products can be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is in new and unused condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.
Exceptions: We are unable to accept returns for the following items: Special Order Products, Books, Perishable Items, Equipment, and Final Sale items.
