An updated version of the most popular model, now with digital control panel and screwpump that can be removed in 5 minutes for easy cleaning. This stainless steel unit features in-tank agitation/mixing arms, foot pedal chocolate flow control, digital thermostatic controls and built-in vibration unit. This unit can also be used for enrobing when used with the enrobing attachment.
