Alpental High-Temp Cheese Fountain – 27”
The new Sagra High-Temp Cheese Fountain is the only fountain designed to hold a variety of products above the crucial 135 degree level at the base of the fountain. This allows buffets and other establishments to run a variety of products (especially cheese) in the machine safely throughout the course of the day. The high-temp cheese fountain includes our removable bearing housing that allows for easy cleaning and bearing replacements. Add our custom wind guard to help hold the product at 135 or higher throughout the entire cheese fountain.
The Alpental High-Temp Cheese Fountain comes with the following features:
- High polished 304 grade stainless steel
- Holds up to 10 lbs. of cheese or product, but runs on 7
- Use for a variety of products
- Removable bearing housing for easy bearing exchanges
- Holds products above 135F at base
- No tools needed for tiers
- Four leveling feet for balancing
