Warm Plate Chocolate Melting Surface

An innovative table top machine for quick and uniform melting of chocolate decorations.

Designed with the ability to lightly melt chocolate pieces and decorations with a consistent "in-temper" temperature. The melting surface is perfectly flat and level, which assures a uniform melting across the entire chocolate piece can be achieved. The slightly melted decorative pieces are then assembled, or attached to complete a finished chocolate showpieces.

The heating device is mounted in the bottom and the gentle heat is transmitted through to the tempered glass top.
Temperature can easily be set, ranging up to 104 degrees Fahrenheit (-5 to 40C).
