Inspirations Creatives Pour Les Fetes - Saint-Valentin / Paques / Fetes des Grands-Meres
MOF Patissier: Julien Boutonnet, the story of a nun with recipes from Jean-Pierre Etienvre, Le pain de Lodève by Hugo Petremant, Easter Dove by Giuseppe Piffaretti and the star ingredient baker's yeast.
Four favorite artisans, Bastien Godet (baker), Yann Brys (pastry chef), Sébastien Brocard (chocolate maker) and Joost Arijs (pastry chef).
