Polycarbonate mould for the creation of perfect chocolate tablets. This high quality European mold is easy to use, your chocolate will have a shiny and glossy finish and will be easy to unmould. To obtain colored chocolate pieces, paint your mold with a thin colored cocoa butter layer before filling your mold with chocolate. Washing Instructions: Rinse in warm soapy water using a microfiber towel to lightly remove excess chocolate and towel dry with a microfiber towel or paper towel. Never place moulds in dishwasher and do not use harsh chemicals. In doing so you will loose the shininess on your chocolate. Once dry polish each cavity with a cotton ball, microfiber towel, or soft paper towel. Never use regular hand towel or sponges on moulds as these can scratch your mould. Made in Germany

RETURN POLICY
With a few exceptions, all regularly stocked products can be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is in new and unused condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.
Exceptions: We are unable to accept returns for the following items: Special Order Products, Books, Perishable Items, Equipment, and Final Sale items.

Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock. This fee is 15% of the item(s) cost.

When ordering chocolate, to be delivered to known hot locations, or during summer months some melting may occur during transit, and/or after delivery when left outside. Unless your order is placed with a UPS Next Day Air Priority shipping method some melting might occur during transit.
Chocolate Orders are not shipped over the week-end due to extremely hot conditions of shipping Carrier facilities (not air-conditioned warehouse, trucks...)
Our couverture chocolate is not finished products but ingredients that will be melted to be incorporated into your recipe. Even if some melting occurred during or after transit your chocolate can still be properly tempered.
